Lambertville’s Town-Wide “Porchfest”

The “Porchfest” craze is sweeping the nation! The “movement” goes back almost 20 years (1st one was in Ithaca, NY in 2007) I know of a dozen or more being hosted in towns large & small within 30 miles of here. Ya gotta love that “DIY” spirit, especially when it happens on a community level. It’s amazing what a couple of organizers, a few volunteered porches, the interwebs, and musicians can put together for little or no money.

My new home city of Lambertville, NJ will be hosting its 6th Porchfest on Saturday, October 3. I’ll be doing a set at Invertase Brewing (80 Lambert Lane) from Noon to 1pm.
