Lambertville’s Town-Wide “Porchfest”

The “Porchfest” craze is sweeping the nation! The “movement” goes back almost 20 years (1st one was in Ithaca, NY in 2007) I know of a dozen or more being hosted in towns large & small within 30 miles of here. Ya gotta love that “DIY” spirit, especially when it happens on a community level. It’s amazing what a couple of organizers, a few volunteered porches, the interwebs, and musicians can put together for little or no money.

My new home city of Lambertville, NJ will be hosting its 6th Porchfest on Saturday, October 3. I’ll be playing two sets – Noon to 1pm at Invertase Brewing (80 Lambert Lane) and from 3-4pm on the front porch of 88 S. Main St. (last one on the left). Y’all come!!
