Tod “the Mod” Ellis is, hands down, one of my favorite humans…an amazing chef, songwriter, musician, promoter of local music, and First-Class Mensch. His “Starving Artist Cafe” (18 Bridge Street, Stockton NJ) is a marvelous combination of neighborhood hangout, groovy bistro, sidewalk cafe, and music venue. I’m pleased as heck to be making my 6th (or maybe 9th, but who’s counting?) appearance on its stage on Wednesday evening, April 22, from 6-8pm. Tod’s weeknight dinners with live local music is a regular thing, so please stop in for really good eats, good vibes, and an earful of unexpected segues by Yours Truly. BYOB is cool…just as long as you are 😉 (Stockton Fine Wines & Spirits is right across the street)
