Easton Wine Project – 1247 Simon Blvd., Easton PA

I’m real happy about making my first appearance at Easton Wine Project. EWP is an “urban winery”, so named because its wines are produced on-site in the city of Easton, rather than in a traditional rural vineyard environment. EWP handcrafts more than 18 types of wine, from dry reds and whites to rose and sweet, fruit varietals. Along with wine production, Easton Wine Project’s Silk Mill location offers a large event space, a full-service restaurant & bar that offers craft beers on tap and cocktails featuring local spirits, and live music.
