DESCRIPTION:Sunday, Feb. 19 will be the 7th performance of my monthly  “Penultimate Sunday Brunch” residency at “The Narrows” (2206 River Road, Upper Black Eddy, PA). If there’s a finer Sunday Brunch to be had ’round these parts, I haven’t found it yet. Excellent food and service in a beautiful room with a lovely river view.
